Say Hello to Superfan, Teresa Scherle!
Sometimes a company is able to touch their fans in a truly special way. These fans, which we like to call Superfans, are the reason we strive to reach new heights and be the very best we can on a daily basis. The following is a guest blog from one of our Superfans, Teresa Scherle… —- I acquired my first Modify Watch when Modify was featured on Good Morning America’s “Deals and Steals” (The picture above shows Teresa wearing her first Mod). Since then, my collection has expanded so much that friends and family can’t help but comment on my excessive love of this watch and company. Over the past few years, I have been in contact with Aaron and Michelle (I miss her) and visited the office on a recent trip to San Francisco. It was such a warm and inviting visit that I fondly remember.
I am a retired administrative coordinator from Western University, London, ON and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 45 years.
Since retirement, my time is taken up with volunteer work: our local Canterbury Folk Festival; Western Heads East- a university initiative to aid mothers in Tanzania by using probiotic food to contribute to health and sustainable development (thank you Modify for donating a watch to one of our fundraising events). As a result of my participation as cofounder, I was able to travel to Mwanza, Tanzania in 2012. My most rewarding endeavour right now is community producer on our local t.v. station: Pop Oxford – an arts and culture show featuring local artists and cultural events.
It takes much of my time but I still have time for sewing and quilting. A full life for sure that I enjoy and share with Modify on probably a too regular basis, so I say a “BIG THANK YOU” to all at Modify. Continued success from Canada to all my ModiFriends! Teresa Scherle
